How do you change notes from alto saxophone to electric bass guitar?

I play alto saxophone, my friend plays bass guitar. He wants the notes for Raider’s March and I have them but I don’t know how to change them. My alto is Eb tuned. I don’t know if bass guitars have a tune at all…. PLEASE HELP!!!!! In Raider’s March on the alto saxophone sheet music all F’s are sharp and all C’s are sharp.

How to tune a flute without adjusting the head joint?

My flute and piccolo have always been horrendously out of tune. Pushed all the way in, it’s very sharp. To get in tune, I have to pull out a lot, and that makes the instrument more difficult to play. Is there any other way? Because I’m sure a lot of flautists can play their flute with their head joints completely pushed in- and be in tune. Is it something with the crown?

What are some good flute music books. I need something that is fun to play in my free time and somewhat challenging. I have been playing for about 6 years. Are there any music books I can buy or sheet music I can print online?
